Josh Freed

Josh has more than two decades of experience in energy and technology policy. He serves as the Chair of the Board of Carbon-Free Europe and is an NGO leader advising policymakers, companies, and non-governmental organizations on the most effective ways to scale energy that is affordable, reliable, secure, and clean. Currently, Josh is a Senior Vice President at Third Way. Prior to that, he advised private sector and non-profit clients at the intersection of policy, advocacy, and technology, while serving at an international public affairs firm, and served in senior positions for two Members of the US Congress.
